Last night was Cecile’s debut as a fashion designer. She had her own fashion show at PARC hotel Breda and it was for a good cause – Pink Ribbon. The show was a huge success, she actually sold one of the dresses right away. Of course Pien was there to help her out. We all had a great night! Curious for this dazzling collection? For now an impression of the night..!!
A big thanks to her sister Celeste for her help with the collection and all the pretty models!!

EVENT | OGER DONNA & ADDY VAN DEN KROMMENACKER

Last night Pien and blogger Kimberley (unfortunately Cecile was not feeling well) went to the launch of ‘the ultimate party dress’ by designer Addy van den Krommenacker for Oger Donna and Addy’s prêt a porter collection ‘Addy by Addy van den Krommenacker’. The dress is inspired by icons like Audrey Hepburn and Grace Kelly. It comes in four different fabrics, but the blue one is definitely our favorite!
Addy’s first prêt a porter collection exists out of beautiful dresses, jackets and tops in beautiful colors. So, tell us… which one of the four dresses is your favorite?

Although the summer is not over yet, one of us already did some autumn/winter shopping. What do you think of this brand new winter coat and gloves…?

Event – Gypsy Catwalkshow Janice Couture

Today we went to the catwalk show from Janice Couture, it was his summer collection of 2012 all in Gypsy style. We saw a lot of nude, silver and green colors. The fabrics he used through his collection were silk, seethrough and velvet. The basic shapes as seen in all his pieces were oversized, baggy and flowing but very feminine. He used a lot of daring details, like spangles and ravels, which gave the pieces that extra edgy touch. It was a great show, with a magnificent atmosphere. A real life Gypsy band opened the show and we saw a lot of familiar models like, Lois & River, Kim Feenstra & Adinda Kennedy all know from Benelux next topmodels. A beautiful show, cozy stage and a real “must have” collection.

WILL YOU BE MY VALENTINE?

It’s almost Valentines Day, a day were you want to surprise and cherish your beloved one, but how?? Well we have the answer to that; MARLIES DEKKERS. but alsof for the single ladies out here who just want to feel sexy and pretty this is the answer.Marlies made two stunning outfits to choose from, and they are both amazing.

The first one is called; cafe society, a soft leather-look black fabric in which swirling patterns are laser-cut printed onto the bra. ‘be realistic, demand the impossible’.
The second on is called; sweet revolution, it’s made out of a soft, transparent pink matter, sprinkled with red hearts and the text; ‘the poet comes closest to charming us with words’.
